Discover our Natural Gin Flavouring

Gin Tonic, Gin Fizz, Negroni or Martini Dry: if you love these cocktails, you will love our natural gin flavouring! Indeed, it will allow you to find all the typical flavours of this eau-de-vie mainly flavoured with juniper berries... and this without the disadvantages of alcohol. This sophisticated spirit reveals a sumptuous palette of spices, herbs and aromatics, enhanced by delicate citrus aromas.

The natural gin flavouring will allow you to flavour cakes that you want to enhance, such as cheesecake or yoghurt cake. It will also go well with other citrus-based preparations, such as lemon mousse or lemon curd (to be incorporated into your ganaches, especially macaroons). Finally, the subtle charm of our natural gin flavouring can be incorporated into filled chocolates, making you forget about the liqueur chocolates that not everyone loves.

Natural gin flavouring can also be used in savoury recipes, in fish or shellfish marinades, but also in seafood verrines, for example!
